Sintering plate spacing of sintering furnace

The layer height is generally between 50 and 120 mm, with the specific height depending on the height and shape of the parts and the sintering process. The total height of the sintering plate and its support structure is generally less than 15 mm, and the distance between the partition plate and the upper graphite plate should be greater than 2 mm.

Function:

  • Ensure smooth gas flow and uniform temperature.

  • Prevent parts from contacting each other and affecting the sintering quality.

  • Avoid affecting material inflow and outflow.

Single batch loading capacity of sintering furnace

The loading capacity depends on the part size, tray layout, and material density.

Calculation formula:

Number of parts per batch = (effective tray area × number of layers × filling rate) ÷ projected area of a single part

*The filling rate is generally set at 40-60% to ensure uniform shrinkage of the green part during sintering.
